Amazing and healthy choices to try now. It's still cold out there. Warm up with one of these great recipes. There’s something about pasta, cooked properly, that beats all the other possibilities on a winter night.

First Pick, Bobbi Brown's Zucchini Pasta. I admit it, I'm not always a huge fan of healthy zucchini noodles, but this recipe is really hearty and just tastes great. It's perfectly gluten free and low carb.

Goop's Vegan Mac and Cheese is a total winner, complete with cauliflower béchamel and a crispy topping. I've also tried this with gluten free pasta and gluten free bread crumbs. It absolutely works and is a tasty crowd pleaser.

And finally, with a few basic staple pantry items, prepare a feast that's ready in only 15 minutes. Good spaghetti, flavorful olive oil, garlic and a little red pepper are all you need, plus some anchovy and capers if you have them. Pop yourself on the sofa, turn on Netflix, get cozy and enjoy!
